Angostura Punch


Recipe

25ml Angostura 5 Year Rum
25ml Angostura Reserva Rum
15ml Apricot brandy
25ml Pineapple juice
25ml Orange juice
25ml Coconut water
15ml Lime juice
10ml Gomme
1 drop vanilla essence
1 dash Angostura Orange Bitters
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Garnish with pineapple frond
Dash with Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method

Hiball

  1. Shake all ingredients on ice, including Orange bitters and vanilla essence

  2. Add ice to glass

  3. Double strain to glass

  4. Garnish with pineapple frond/slice

  5. Dash Ango bitters
