Recipe

35ml Deanston 15 Y/O Tequila Cask Finish
25ml Cointreau
20ml Rowse Hot Honey
20ml Lime juice

Garnish with salt + chilli rim (Tajín recommended)

Garnish with lime wheel

Method

Coupe Glass

  1. Roll glass in lime juice

  2. Roll glass with Tajín

  3. Add all ingredients to shaker, with cubed ice

  4. Shake vigorously

  5. Double strain to coupe

  6. Garnish with lime wheel


Deanston Grapefruit Soda


Recipe

35ml Deanston Virgin Oak
Grapefruit slice, squeezed

Top with Fever Tree Grapefruit Soda
Dash Angostura Bitters

Garnish with grapefruit slice

Method

Hiball Glass

  1. Fill glass with cubed ice

  2. Add Deanston Virgin oak

  3. Top with Fevertree Grapefruit Soda

  4. Stir

  5. Squeeze grapefruit slice

  6. Add grapefruit slice to glass

  7. Dash angostura bitters


Deanston Strawberries & Cream


Recipe

50ml Deanston Virgin Oak
10ml Lemon juice
Barspoon strawberry jam

Top with cream soda

Garnish with strawberry

Method

Whisky Glass

  1. Add all ingredients to shaker, with ice

  2. Shake vigorously

  3. Add ice to glass

  4. Double strain to glass

  5. Top with cream soda

  6. Garnish with strawberry


Deanston Espresso Martini


Recipe

40ml Deanston 12 Year Old
50ml Cold Espresso
Azera, 1 heaped teaspoon to 50ml water
25ml Kahlua
25ml Gomme

Garnish with 3 coffee beans

Method

Martini Glass

  1. Chill martini glass with ice

  2. Add all ingredients to shaker, with cubed ice

  3. Shake vigorously

  4. Discard ice from martini glass

  5. Double strain to martini glass

  6. Garnish with 3 coffee beans

50ml Deanston 12 Year Old
6 mint leaves
20ml Demerara syrup

Top with Fever Tree Sparkling Cloudy Apple Soda 

Garnish with mint sprig

Method

Hiball Glass

  1. Fill glass with cubed ice

  2. Slap and add 6 mint leaves

  3. Add demerara syrup

  4. Add whisky

  5. Stir

  6. Top with soda

  7. Add mint sprig to glass
