Dash Angostura Bitters

Stir
Squeeze grapefruit slice

10ml Lemon juice
Barspoon strawberry jam
Top with cream soda
Garnish with strawberry

Whisky Glass

40ml Deanston 12 Year Old
50ml Cold Espresso
Azera, 1 heaped teaspoon to 50ml water
25ml Kahlua
25ml Gomme
Garnish with 3 coffee beans
Method
Martini Glass
Chill martini glass with ice
Add all ingredients to shaker, with cubed ice
Shake vigorously
Discard ice from martini glass
Double strain to martini glass
Garnish with 3 coffee beans

20ml Demerara syrup
Top with Fever Tree Sparkling Cloudy Apple Soda
Garnish with mint sprig
